Messaging
Enable iMessage, RCS, and SMS access to the agent and pair your phone with your Endstack identity.
Messaging provides iMessage, RCS, and SMS access to the Endstack agent. The integration uses phone pairing to associate a text conversation with an Endstack user.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Integrations, then find the Messaging section.
Controls
| Control | Who can use it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Status — Enable or Disable | Owner | Turns Messaging on or off for the instance. |
| Agent's number | Anyone with access | Shows the automatically assigned phone line and lets you copy it. |
| Your phone | You | Pairs your phone so messages map to your Endstack identity. |
Pair your phone
- Enter your phone number and check its availability.
- Open the Pair Your Phone panel.
- Use the QR code, prefilled SMS message, Open Text Link, or the controls for copying the message or link.
- Complete the pairing flow from your phone.
When you no longer need a connection, use Unpair to disconnect the phone or Revoke to invalidate an active pairing token.
How Messaging affects the agent
After pairing, Messaging conversations are associated with your Endstack identity and surface in endOS as external channels.
Messaging is a first-party integration. Third-party account connections use the separate App integrations section.
